We recommend that you check the email order confirmation to be sure your order is correct.
If a mistake is made on our behalf, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Integrity Candles will only accept returns when the mistake in an order is ours.
The decision on returns for all other issues remains at the discretion of Integrity Candles.
SHIPPING and INSURANCE:

Insurance is included in shipping cost.
Integrity Candles ships with Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. We will ship by the most economical method. Clients are welcome to arrange shipping by alternative means.
BREAKAGES and NON-DELIVERY:
Integrity Candles takes full responsibility to pack & ship candles and/or lanterns in good order. Breakages in transit must be reported to Integrity Candles within 12 hours of delivery to facilitate replacement of goods; photographic evidence of damage will be required.
Non-delivery of goods must reported to Integrity Candles within 5 working days of notification of dispatch. After taking receipt of order, all responsibility lies with the client.
